Course Details
The long weekend yoga retreat will consist of daily Kum Nye and Ashtanga practice including some additional yoga classes and workshops. There will be a full programme throughout the day and guests are free to choose the level of their participation. This course is suitable for all, from complete beginners to experienced practioners.

Join us on this beautiful island, eat delicious vegetarian food, stay in peaceful accommodation, as well as stretch your body, deepen your breath and allow your mind to become still.

What is Kum Nye?
Kum Nye is a meditative Tibetan yoga practice which focuses on bringing awareness to the mind/body. Kum Nye relieves stress, transform negative patterns and promote balance and health.

What is Ashtanga?
Ashtanga is the most dynamic form of yoga, which synchronizes the breath with a progressive series of postures. The process produces internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light, strong body, and a calm mind.

Our kitchen is run by a team of volunteers. Our aim is to offer delicious vegetarian food but regretfully we can only cater for dietary requirements arising from a diagnosed medical condition.
