The balance of Yoga, Meditation and Massage on this long weekend retreat is designed to leave you feeling nourished, refreshed, spacious and calm.
Attuning ourselves to our breath and the natural elements around us, the practices help us to feel more connected; to ourselves, others and the environment. The massage is integrated with the bodywork and simple, safe and fully clothed.
Early booking is recommended.This course finishes after breakfast on Monday, but it is possible to leave Sunday noon. For those who leave Sunday noon the prices are as follows: £98 single room, £74 twins each, £58 dorms. Course fee £95.
Things to Bring
Comfortable, loose clothes, outdoor wear and indoor footwear. There are yoga mats, but you may prefer to bring your own.
