Fay Adams
Fay Adams has trained to teach mindfulness under the guidance of Rob
Nairn. She now teaches around the UK and South Africa, mainly for the
Mindfulness Association and for Holy Isle. She is based on the Holy Isle
at the Word Centre for Peace and Health, where she is a long term
resident. She is currently helping Rob Nairn to edit his upcoming book
on insight. Fay was originally drawn to mindfulness practice because
of her debilitating chronic pain. Mindfulness has enabled her to work
with the pain and to live a full life again. Her experience of
mindfulness has developed beyond pain management and is now the
foundation of her daily and spiritual life.
